Successful Book Launch Party and Exhibition Opening

On 5 December [2004], the Pavel Šmok Endowment Fund and Institute threw a book launch party for a new publication titled Luboš Ogoun – Star of Post-War Ballet and opened a new moving exhibition “60 Years of Studio Ballet Prague (1964-2024)”. The event, hosted by Ondřej Kepka, took place at the Small Hall of the Municipal Library in Prague. The two authors, Kateřina Šalounová and Lucie Kocourková, together with Ladislava Dunovská, the director of the Pavel Šmok Institute, presented the publication.

Among the guests was Ludmila Ogounová, a former soloist of the Brno Ballet and wife of Luboš Ogoun, as well as other members and collaborators of Ballet Prague and Prague Chamber Ballet, such as Petr Koželuh, Jitka Vašutová, Libuše Ovsová, Kateřina Franková Dedková, Zdeněk Prokeš and many others.
