Discussion with Linda Svidró and Igor Vejsada

Dear friends and colleagues, please accept our cordial invitation to a discussion with the Prague Chamber Ballet – guests Linda Svidró and Igor Vejsada, which will take place on Tuesday, October 10, from 5 to 6 p.m. in the small hall of the Municipal Library in Prague.

During the discussion, we will focus not only on the demanding profession of dance, but also on personal experiences with leading a professional ensemble and the profession of ballet master and assistant at the Prague Chamber Ballet.

What is the path to success on stage, to major solo roles and awards? What must dancers do to make a name for themselves abroad? Do young people have it easier today? And what does the work of a ballet master or dance company director entail? PKB Artistic Director Linda Svidró and PKB Ballet Master Igor Vejsada will share their wealth of experience.

The discussion will be moderated by dance journalist Lucie Kocourková. Admission is CZK 60.
